THE INTERNATIONAL UNION OF PAINTERS AND ALLIED TRADES (IUPAT)
Being a painter in the union ensures the highest level of craftsmanship for any painting business. Union painters must meet rigorous standards and training requirements to be accepted into the union. All members of the union are expected to maintain the highest level of excellence and integrity in their work. Union painters are also held to the highest ethical standards, including never taking on projects that don’t meet their standards of craftsmanship.
Union painters also have access to a wide range of resources and benefits. These include access to union-sponsored health care, retirement plans, and other benefits that are not available to non-union workers. These benefits can be a great source of support for union painters and their families.
